Il Vecchio Ippocastano was born from the complete reconstruction of a noble residence with over five hundred years of history, completed in the summer of 2023 by the Franceschini Family, long connected to the Cascia and Norcia area. The new Country House preserves the original characteristics of the building while transforming it into a fully earthquake-resistant structure, entirely built in wood, combining respect for the past with contemporary safety and comfort.
Every design choice follows a philosophy attentive to the harmony of spaces, natural materials, and the balance between functionality and beauty, blending antique furnishings, handcrafted pieces, and vintage details to create deeply welcoming environments.
